Dr. John D. Miller, DMD
Dr. Miller was raised in Decatur, Illinois. He received his B.S. in Biology from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1995 and went on to earn his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Southern Illinois University in 2001.
Following his graduation from dental school, he worked the next seven years in St. Louis, Mo, and Bloomington, IL.
Dr. Miller is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the Colorado Dental Association. Dr. Miller is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance his skills to better serve the dental care needs of his patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
In his free time, Dr. Miller is an avid, lifelong tennis player, and enjoys many of the aspects and activities that mountain life has to offer such as cycling, camping, hiking, and snowboarding. Dr. Miller and his wife, Renee had their first child in June of 2018.
Dr. David Fernitz, DDS
Dr. Fernitz graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago. He built and ran a private dental practice in Northbrook, Illinois for over 30 years that focused on dental health, function and beauty.
Dr Fernitz has extensive hours of continuing education and consistently strives to provide his patients the best dental care possible. Invisalign certified in 2001, he is a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners and the International Academy of Orthodontics.
Dr Fernitz and his wife Louise have four adult sons, who were all born and raised in Northbrook, Illinois. After college, the three oldest sons settled in the Roaring Fork Valley and the youngest lives and works in Northbrook, Illinois.
Dr Fernitz enjoys all the valley has to offer, including skiing, fishing, golf & biking.
Dr. Thomas A. Ding, DDS
Thomas A. Ding, DDS, MS is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry. He completed his residency in prosthodontics where he received his certificate in Prosthodontics as well as his Masters of Science from The Texas A&M University System Health Science Center, Baylor College of Dentistry. He maintained a private practice in the Aspen/Snowmass Valley of Colorado for the last 20 years where he and his wife raised their 2 children. Prior to that, he was practicing in Dallas, TX.
He has authored several articles on the subjects of dental implants and restorative dentistry, and done research on dental implant systems. He is a board-eligible member of the American College of Prosthodontics, Fellow of the International Team for Oral Implantology (ITI), American Dental Association, and other professional organizations.
In his free time, Dr. Ding enjoys the outdoor life which includes fishing, hiking, and riding horses competing in team roping and rodeos.
